Lauren is the founder of Mesmerize Software Studio, awarded Best Software Agency of 2024 and featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, FOX, ABC, NBC, and The Associated Press. She has led development on mission-critical platforms in finance, healthcare, security, education, and real estate, and is a trusted partner in delivering high-performance, enterprise-grade solutions.

Her approach to operations is grounded in a deep understanding of modern technology ecosystems, cybersecurity practices, and workflow optimization—skills refined over a career working with Ivy League-trained engineers and former MAANG developers. As a WP Engine-certified partner and expert in full-stack JavaScript development (MERN), she has overseen the delivery of scalable digital systems used by thousands.

Lauren holds a master's degree in Software Development from Boston University, and her academic journey includes additional study at Yale, MIT, and Texas Christian University. Her work bridges the technical and the tactical, turning complex objectives into actionable, streamlined outcomes.
